About the Role

Rose Scale is looking for a motivated entry-level team member to join our team. This is a hands-on position with a mix of shop work and field support. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills across multiple areas of the business, including scale service, pressure washing, and basic fabrication.

Responsibilities


  • Assist with installation and maintenance of weigh scales

  • Pressure wash equipment and job sites

  • Perform general shop duties such as cleaning and organizing

  • Support technicians on job sites

  • Load and unload materials and tools

  • Assist with basic welding and fabrication when needed

What We're Looking For


  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Dependable and able to follow instructions

  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a shop environment

  • Valid driver's license

  • Experience using tools or equipment is an asset

Requirements


  • Valid G driver's license

  • Basic computer skills

  • Post-secondary education is an asset

About the Role

Rose Scale is seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team. This position involves installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial weighing equipment across Eastern Ontario. The role includes daily travel to customer sites and requires strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who takes pride in reliable work and professional service.

Responsibilities


  • Install, repair, and maintain weighing systems and related equipment

  • Perform calibration and verification procedures

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic systems

  • Read and interpret electrical or electronic drawings

  • Prepare service documentation and work orders

  • Maintain tools and follow workplace safety standards

  • Provide professional customer service on job sites

  • Travel to customer locations across Eastern Ontario

What We're Looking For


  • 2–3 year college diploma in:

    • Electronic Engineering Technology

    • Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology

    • Electrical Engineering Technology

  • Valid G driver's license with clean driving record

  • Ability to read technical drawings

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Ability to work on-call, evenings, or weekends when required

  • Willingness to travel within Ontario
